At the start of hiking trails, close to oyster-farming sites, a 1/4-hour walk from a renowned crêperie and a friendly open-air restaurant serving takeaway meals, the charm of Brittany awaits you.
The house comprises a fitted kitchen, a large living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet and bathroom.
A pretty private pine wood leads directly to the sea.

L’emplacement, le calme et la vue sur le golfe, la proximité des sites de balade, la cuisine équipée, la fraîcheur de la maison en temps de canicule et les nombreux sites de balade et découverte des environs.

Une maison très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée. Literie de qualité. Un bras du golfe et le sentier côtier au pied du jardin. Dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est géré par une conciergerie réactive et sympathique. Et le prix est très correct. Une bonne adresse sans conteste !
