With a surface area of 65 m², this typical Périgord house offers all modern comforts, with a fenced, tree-lined garden and private parking.
The cottage is equipped with efficient electric heaters, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year.
Located close to many tourist sites, it is the ideal starting point to explore the beauty of the Périgord.
The house includes: - Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, living room with television and Wi-Fi access for relaxation, bathroom with toilet. - Upper floor: a duplex bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or friends. - Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your comfort.

Si vous aimez le calme et la nature c’est l’endroit idéal.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très arrangeants.
