Enjoy your vacation in this charming villa in a prime hillside location in Dénia, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Montgó, and the city's castle.
The 1,500 m² plot borders a Mediterranean garden and provides complete privacy. The rental wing of the villa is spread over two floors.
Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom.
The furnishings are traditional Spanish style, featuring dark pine wood and light-colored tiles. The Mediterranean garden, with oleander, bougainvillea, and palm trees, offers numerous retreats—enjoy sea views under the palm trees or relax sheltered from the wind in the courtyard.
Meals can be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the city lights.
Sun loungers, a large dining table, and a barbecue are available for your use. The pool is located below the terrace and provides wonderful views of the sea and Montgó. Features & highlights: - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and master bedroom - Large terrace with sea views, barbecue, and seating area - Private pool - Mediterranean garden with several retreats Service charges: Electricity and water meters are recorded on arrival and departure.

Egal wo man hinschaut, es sieht alles wunderschön aus, der Pool, der Garten, die Nachbarhäuser, die Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist schnell in Denia und Javea.

En general la casa nos ha encantado. El propietario es Alemán y la persona de contacto Mili nos atendió de primera. Ubicación muy tranquila, la piscina fantástica en relación calidad/precio para este tipo de alojamiento. La orientación solar de 10, para el que quiera tostarse al sol por las mañanas ...
Quizá por ponerle un pero, hay algunos pequeños detalles mejorables como que tienen un congelador en PB útil para mantener temporalmente bebidas frías para zona de piscina, pero lejos de la cocina en Planta primera. La nevera de la cocina es pequeña y hay que tener especial cuidado con no poner alim...
