A typical early 1900s country house overlooking the Venetian Lagoon, surrounded by ponds, reeds, and vegetation.
The house has been preserved as close as possible to its original appearance to maintain the charm it radiates. It is located within a working farm, accessible via a one-kilometer gravel road, and set in a wildlife, botanical, and scenic habitat that remains unspoiled and is home to many bird species. The house is on two levels and offers spacious, bright and tastefully furnished rooms.
Here, visitors can admire the biodiversity of lagoon wetlands and practice photographic birdwatching.
Despite being immersed in nature, the property is just 1.5 km from Marco Polo Airport, 10 km from Venice, and 2 km from the town of Tessera, where shops, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found.
It is a place particularly suitable for families who wish to alternate a day visiting Venice or other cities in the Veneto region with a relaxing day at the beach in Jesolo, Chioggia, Eraclea, or Caorle.
The nearest beaches are about 20 km away, while the Alberoni beach on the Lido of Venice is easily reachable by vaporetto.
It’s also perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the lush garden, surrounded by watercourses, ponds, and the lagoon, perhaps enjoying a barbecue or sunbathing.
Nearby, there are golf and tennis courts, cycling paths, and the area is particularly recommended for small boat navigation enthusiasts. Staying in the house does not pay the entrance fee to Venice.
