Your location is just perfect! It is walkable to transportation, dining, sites and it is safe. The property where it is located on Rose Street is currently restoring buildings and in a year or two will be more bustling. I highly recommend this property.

This apt is 100% location, location, location, close to all the bars and restaurants, attractions etc
However, the pictures are not an accurate portrayal of the condition of this unit.It is a little seedier than represented and the shower could be better but the rooms are a decent size and the heating is good.

We had a very good time in Edinburgh. The apartment has clearly been remodeled, but there are some deficiencies that need to be sorted out: showerhead, problems, treacherous, shower floor, slipperiness, towel rack gets boiling, hot way overheated, overhead lights, missing in kitchen, I’m acceptable ...
