Magnificent, bright and functional apartment featuring a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, a bedroom with ample storage, a second bedroom (without windows) with a dresser, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the living room and bedroom for added comfort.
No private parking, but close to a public parking lot and the Palais des Congrès. ## Access The keys must be collected via a secure lockbox at the Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box located: LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES, detailed instructions will be sent to you a few days before. Access to the car park is via a car lift, max. weight 2700kg.
