Cocoonr agency offers this 75 m² air-conditioned house with sea view for rent in Martigues, in the village of Carro, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a 20 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 21 m² terrace.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. First floor: - A shower room with shower and WC - Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double sofa bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan. Outside: - A private south-facing terrace comprising a 21 m² semi-covered space and outdoor area with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Carro, on the Côte Bleue between Marseille and Martigues, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Carro beach opposite the residence - Carro fishing port - La Couronne beach - Water sports (scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle) - Visit the historic centre of Martigues - Explore the Parc de Figuerolles - The beaches of the Côte Bleue - Discover the Musée Ziem - Hiking the Grande Boucle du Cap Couronne - Marseille and Aix-en-Provence around 40 km away Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - La Couronne train station, 5 minutes away by car - Marseille-Provence airport is 35 minutes away by car Other information : - Ethanol fireplace - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
