The 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for your home office as well as a TV. You have access to a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot.
Two parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the property.
The accommodation supports you in proper waste separation; further information will be provided on site.
Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.

This was a very nice location and lodging. The place was clean, quiet and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of cooking devise you could possibly need. Also, providing coffee and teas was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this location for this area and would stay here again.
