Have fun with the whole family in this splendid accommodation a stone's throw from the sea and the centre Entering the stylishly furnished apartment, you can perceive the care taken in researching the furnishings and details combined with excellent taste.
Apartment with shared entrance, located on the raised ground floor consisting of a large and bright eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a French-sized loft bed.
From this room there is access to the bathroom with shower and to the closed veranda with glass, a bedroom with bunk bed, second bathroom with shower.
The air conditioning can be activated on request (for a fee) and is present in all rooms, a free-standing fan in the kitchen, there are also mosquito nets on the windows The accommodation is located at the beginning of Viale Serristori and in the central area, a few meters from the pedestrian center with shops, restaurants, venues of various kinds, from the tourist port where we find bars, characteristic and trendy restaurants, the apartment it is located in a quiet position away from the noise of the pedestrian area.
By staying in this apartment you will be able to move around even without a car.
The apartment is brand new and furnished using natural materials such as wood and excellent quality furnishings.
The location of the apartment allows you to easily reach other areas of San Vincenzo and the neighboring villages, also using bus and train.
The train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Nearby is the beautiful Promenade of the Sailor ......"it is a path between land and sea that starts from the center of San Vincenzo and runs along the breakwater of the port for just under a thousand meters up to the large statue of the Sailor" ......
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: – Check in from 4pm to 7pm (pick up the keys at the agency, you will then be accompanied to the house) – Check out by 9 am (MANDATORY return of the keys to the house) – Security deposit Euro 400.00 – Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival (€1.25 per person per day, max 14 nights; children under 12 years old do not pay) – Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation -Animals are not allowed – Paid air conditioning – Sheets and towels not present.
Take care of yourself – It is strictly FORBIDDEN to introduce sand into the apartment and in particular into the bathroom, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots, etc... is required.
