## Space Welcome to this designer studio ideally located in Juan-les-Pins, on the 6th floor of a secure residence with elevator.
Completely renovated with quality materials, it combines style and functionality.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, built-in storage, and reversible air conditioning.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, backlit mirror, and wall-mounted toilet.
Wi-Fi.
The southeast-facing balcony allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors with unobstructed views all the way to the sea.
Ideal for a couple, or a quiet business trip while still being in the city center. ⸻ ##Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and balcony.
The building has an elevator. ⸻ ##Interaction We remain available throughout your stay if needed.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box located: LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES, detailed instructions will be sent to you a few days before. ⸻ ##Neighborhood The studio is located on Boulevard Wilson, in the heart of Juan-les-Pins.
Less than a 5-minute walk away: sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, and a lively nightlife. ⸻ ##Transit • Juan-les-Pins train station is a 3-minute walk away (direct connections to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and Monaco) • Bus stops nearby: lines to Antibes center, Sophia-Antipolis, Cannes, and Nice Airport • Public parking nearby (free parking on some streets during the off-season) • Nice Airport: 25 minutes by car or bus (line 620 Express or TER) • Antibes: 5 minutes by train – Cannes: 10 minutes – Nice: 25 minutes ⸻ ## Notes • Sheets, towels, and household linens provided • Wi-Fi included • Non-smoking apartment • Pets not allowed • Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises (no parties or excessive noise)
