The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, jacuzzi, covered terrace, private pool and football field - The region is known for housing part of Serra Dona Francisca and for cultural and gastronomic experiences that mix German tradition and Santa Catarina hospitality - Ecotourism routes, such as the famous Piraí Route - Large deck, facing the lake equipped with jacuzzi and a great table for having coffee - We serve breakfast, contracted separately - check conditions - Wi-Fi - Air conditioning - 1 parking space - Smart TV - In the bedroom there is 1 double bed and wardrobe - The bathroom has an electric shower and no shower box, while the toilet/washbasin area is separate - Mini-fridge - The kitchen is separate from the property, located in the event space.
