At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters.
It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather.
From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening.
The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.
The 400 m2 house has two floors.
On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD.
The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch.
The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped.
It also has access to the back porch.
Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days.
A bathtub bathroom completes this floor.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax.
The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom.
Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed.
These three has all a closet.
There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms.
If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available.
At the house you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
This house is located very near to a unique spot which the beach of Cala Pi.
It is a little beach with a fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters.
There are some restaurants around.
You can visit the near 17th century watchtower or go for a long walk till cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches.
Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto para mí familia. Contaba con muchísimo espacio, tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes.
La zona de terraza y piscina genial, hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina y también de la barbacoa.
El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento que estuviésemos a gusto durante nuestra estancia.

Netter Empfang, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, toller und großer überdachter Außenbereich. Gasgrill funktioniert einwandfrei, Grillfläche eignet sich auch für größere Gruppen. Haus ist gut gelegen. Bucht und Strand fussläufig schnell erreichbar.
