If you wish to relax and connect with nature, this is the perfect house for you. Outside you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings on the cool terrace surrounded by greenery and covered by a thatched roof.
In addition, there is a small chlorine pool, with dimensions of 3 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1.1 m, which will be perfect for refreshing yourself on the hottest days.
The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. This century-old house has been recently restored and offers not only the charm of yesteryear but also all the modern comforts.
On the ground floor we find the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas with the warmth of the wood stove on the coldest days.
The kitchen-dining room has a gas cooktop and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals.
It also has access to the outside.
Outside you find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board.
A toilet completes the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with twin beds.
Another bathroom with shower completes this floor.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you. The house is attached to the building of the adjoining property, although it is completely independent.
The wooded area is perfect to enjoy nature by hiking or cycling.
The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay.
If you want to go to the beach, the closest is Camp de Mar, 8.7 km from the house. Smoking is prohibited inside the house as well as lighting fires or barbecues throughout the year. Please note that the final road to get to the property is narrow and we recommend a small car. The house works with solar energy. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
It is located 50 meters from the property. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Distances Beach: 8.7 km - Camp de Mar Airport: 43.7 km - Son Sant Joan Golf course: 8.7 km - Golf de Andratx Town: 5.2 km - Andratx Train station: 33.2 km - Palma de Mallorca Bus stop: 4 km - Andratx Ferry: 29.2 km - Palma de Mallorca Hospital: 34 km - Hospital Son Espases Guests are kindly required to dispose of all rubbish and ensure the property is properly tidied before departure.

We had a fantastic stay at Can Penes. Arturo made us very welcome and the house and grounds were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better location - very peaceful and superb views of the surrounding hills. We hope to be back again one day. Thank you!

Can PeNes está en el lugar más bonito. Tranquilo, con solo las ovejas, los burros y los pájaros como compañía. La casa es muy rústica. Peculiar e interesante, con algunas mejoras modernas. Los detalles mencionan la vía estrecha y tener un coche pequeño. Tómate este asunto muy en serio. Es un camino...

Die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen verlief recht reibungslos. Die Anfragen wurden recht zügig beantwortet und gut abgewickelt. Personlich habe ich auch über das Unternehmen den Aufenthalt um eine Nach verlängert. Die Bestätigung kam sehr zeitnah. Bezahlen konnte man per Kreditkarte oder per Paypa...
