Diamond House Holiday is a cozy apartment located in Capiago Intimiano, in a quiet and panoramic area, with beautiful mountain views.
The 55 m² property can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, and modern bathroom. At your disposal: fast Wi-Fi with work area, 2 TVs, washing machine, books and games for children, as well as a crib and high chair.
The accommodation also features air conditioning, a private balcony ideal for relaxing in the evening, and the building is equipped with an elevator. The location is convenient and well connected: public transport is within walking distance and a tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot.
The property offers private parking and you may stay with a pet. Smoking, parties, or events are not allowed.
The house follows environmentally sustainable practices with recycling, low-energy lighting, and self check-in for a simple and independent stay. Diamond House is the ideal starting point to visit Lake Como and attend major local events, such as the Monza Grand Prix, local fairs, cultural and sporting events.
In view of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, it represents a comfortable and quiet base a short distance from Milan. Upon request, 24h medical and veterinary services are available (for an extra fee), as well as a convenient transfer service with driver to and from airports, stations, and ports, in addition to personalized transfers during your stay.
