L' appartement présente quelques inconvénients en période estivale. Situé sous les toits, il devient très chaud lors des épisodes de canicule. Pour rafraîchir les pièces, il est nécessaire de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui entraîne des nuisances sonores importantes en raison des rues très animées.

Appartement sous les toits, très chaud car canicule et bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres.
Photos un peu survendues par rapport à la réalité . Manque de cachet.
