Privacy for 2 families – right by the sea
Casa 2 is an award-winning architectural gem built from grey Sardinian granite.
The spacious house with a large patio stands out thanks to its location directly on the sandy beach of Sant’Elmo.
Only a short footpath through wild Mediterranean scrub separates this characterful villa from the beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
North and south of Sant’Elmo, you’ll find many more dream beaches.
You can walk to the well-stocked supermarket in Sant’Elmo, and in nearby Costa Rei, a local market takes place every Thursday and Saturday from mid-May to the end of September. Casa 2 is your holiday home in Sardinia if you’re looking for a spacious property close to nature, appreciate detailed, authentic architecture, and want a beachside location with plenty of privacy. Architectural gem of granite near the sea Casa 2 brings to life the vision of Sardinian architect Vito Sonzogni, who created the Villaggio Rocca Sant’Elmo—a collection of spacious, authentic holiday villas close to the beach.
His award-winning houses feature natural materials like Sardinian granite and wood.
The bright patio connects two living units, ideal for two families, and serves as an outdoor living space.
The lush garden offers privacy, blending into a pine forest that leads to the sandy beach and turquoise sea. Please note: Only the two living rooms are air-conditioned.
