It has : - Living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. - Dining area with bookcase and access to the terrace. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and large dining table. - Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 80/200 (or 1 bed 160/200). - Shower room with WC.
Outside: - Private furnished terraces, garden furniture and barbecue. - Direct access to the river.
