We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. It is situated within close proximity to Edinburgh Waverley station, just 3.4 km away, and Brunstane station, which is 4.2 km away. Edinburgh Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Not suitable for pets No smoking or drugs No parties or events No outside guests No loud noise after 10pm Turnover services are coordinated via the GuestReady Marketplace.
By booking this property, you are agreeing to have the home turned over via a trusted professional before and after your stay, covered by the cleaning fee applicable to this booking.

A washer is also provided for your convenience.
Large windows flood the space with sunlight, and a balcony is available to enjoy some fresh air. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a standard double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, with beds dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Great place to stay. True to what was shown in the picture.
The place is clean and comfortable. All the kitchen utensils are complete and it is peaceful and just near the bus stop. Great!
