Heathrow Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a Ring doorbell security camera on the front door of the property.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Welcome to my house! Our three-bedroom house perfectly blends modern living, convenience, and access to the vibrant Shepherd's Bush neighbourhood.
Whether exploring the local attractions, enjoying a night out, or relaxing in our home, you'll find everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The living room features a plush sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining area with a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
There are three bedrooms.
The first room has a king-sized bed, while the second has two single beds and a bunk bed in the third.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub.
Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Quartier très calme, facile pour se garer. Petite maison très sympathique , propre. Draps propres , lits faits, serviettes de toilette. Parfait. Il manquait beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine par contre. D où 4 etoiles. Il n y avait pas de casserole, ni grand plat pour cuisiner. Nous avons du acheter 2 plats.

Despite some initial troubles getting past the door lock, the stay was pleasant and much better for our group than the alternative of a hotel. The house was nice, had all we needed to look after ourselves, and it was great to have a kitchen and living room space to relax in.

The accommodation suited my group well for a short break. The only things lacking were tea towels and tin opener. Otherwise, this facility is a good location for getting to the City, etc.
