This beautiful holiday villa is located in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors, it offers all the necessary space for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Inside, the ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic glass hob and dishwasher, and access to a covered terrace and swimming pool. There are also two bedrooms each with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and access to a solarium. The villa has air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and living room.
Outside there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool of 7.5x3 meters, with a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is an integrated barbecue to enjoy your outdoor meals. A parking lot for two vehicles is located on the same plot, fully closed.
The location is ideal for those who want to get away from the vehicle during the holidays. It is located just 750 metres from the sandy beach and all the restaurants in the area. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Moraira is only 780 metres away.
A few additional remarks are that free Wi-Fi is provided in the villa and pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed at an additional cost.
