My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests for help during your stay.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Closest Metro Station: São Bento Metro and Train Station.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.
Guests can explore the city during the day and retreat to and relax in a quiet home at the end of the day.

There are also many buses nearby and the "São Bento" metro station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
The flat includes two single beds together, with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The place is equipped with essential cookware such as a coffee machine, kitchenware, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

All our questions were answered quickly before arrival and the host made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean and complete. Only negative point: the noise coming from outside late at night.

The apartment is an ideal choice for those who want to stay in Porto for a few days. Nice location and close to attractions. Clean and tidy. One thing I didn't like was the hand soap/shampoo/shower gel because it had a very bad smell. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Also although ...
