Spacious 2-bedroom apartment in a residence with swimming pools and tennis courts, close to shops and approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the town center and the beach.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends. Accommodation not classified or awaiting classification* - Entrance into the air-conditioned main room with a living room: 140cm "rapido" convertible sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and an open-plan equipped kitchen with a dining area: refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4-burner induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes and utensils, and terrace access. - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with built-in wardrobes - Bedroom 2: 2 x 80cm or 160cm beds, built-in wardrobes - Bathroom with vanity and shower - Separate toilet - Beautiful terrace with dining furniture, closet with washing machine Miscellaneous: - Private parking space in the building, secured by an electric gate - 25m shared swimming pool, closed from October to May - Tennis court in the building - Air conditioning in the entrance hall leading to the living room and bedrooms (doors open) - WiFi - Garden view - Pets not allowed Distances: - City center: 900m - Beach: 800m - Shops: 300m - Final cleaning : 70€ Reception and key delivery times: Monday to Friday between 15h00 and 18h00 maximum.
