Kitchen - fully equipped with a large dining & living area with sofa, Bathroom - with bathtub and toilet, Bedroom - with double bed (French) & access to the balcony. Additional sleeping options: extra bed or sofa bed.
Welcome to HAUS MONIKA. The family-friendly guesthouse, built in 1996, features 2 newly renovated holiday apartments and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the forest near the town center. Right on the cycling and hiking trail and close to the cross-country skiing entrance, you can reach the town center and the train station within a few minutes. Parking is available directly in front of the house. TV & free Wi-Fi. Suitable for 1-6 people.
We also warmly welcome four-legged traveling companions!
Free admission to the "ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad Leutasch" with your guest card for 4 hours per day.
Our cozy apartment "Isarblick" with approximately 50 sqm offers space for up to 4 people and is located in the roof space (1st floor) with a private entrance. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining & living area with a sofa, a small, fine bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a bedroom with access to the balcony (with a view of the Isar). Additionally: locked bike room.
Our family-friendly apartment "Porta-Claudia", covering approximately 100 sqm, was newly renovated in 2024, accommodates 2 to 6 persons, and is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and seating area, a living room with a comfortable couch, 2 bedrooms with French double beds (1 bedroom with TV), a spacious bathroom with a large shower, double sink, and private toilet, as well as a separate toilet; each room has its own access to the terrace/garden with a garden lounge, charcoal grill, and a cozy pavilion. Additionally: locked bicycle/ski room.
The rural Tyrolean community of Scharnitz is nestled in a fascinating mountain landscape not far from the Bavarian border. During the warm summer months, Scharnitz is the ideal starting point for impressive hikes through the alpine landscape of the Karwendel Nature Park. Untouched nature, solitary hiking destinations, and impressive expanses: On a total area of 727 square kilometers, rocky mountain formations and large forests and meadows extend. In winter, one can enjoy the serene beauty of Scharnitz: Deeply snow-covered mountain landscapes and beautiful, moderately frequented trails delight winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility.
Bedding and towels included, parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi & TV, pets upon request.
