Modernly furnished 2-room apartment over 2 floors (like a detached house) for 2 people. The bathroom and bedroom are on the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are on the second floor.
The apartment is in a quiet location. There is a seating area in the green inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table. All floors are fitted with laminate. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower arm.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. It is very centrally located 2 min. to the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde, 4 min. to the center, 8 min. to the train station.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form with extra costs per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung vom Mobiliar und der Küche was Utensilien betrifft
Größe der Ferienwohnung sehr gut, ausreichend für 2 Personen
Verbesserungsvorschläge: zum Beispiel: etwas mehr von zusätzlichen Toilettenpapier als Vorrat bereitstellen,
Besenkopf müsste evtl. ausgetauscht werden,
Da war ein Staubsauger im Hausflur ( Kennzeichnung ob man diesen als Gast mal für eine Zwischenreinigung benutzen darf/kann? )
Zeitiger abgereist, Matratzen sehr stark verschmutzt
