We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Quintinhas R Qta Cima, is just a 6-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The adjoining dining room invites you to gather around a table for six.
There is also a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed.
All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that there is construction work nearby, which may cause some daytime noise.

The host Guest Ready was very quick and proactive at replying to my queries, the cleaning company did a brilliant job to a high standard, bed sheets and shower towels smelled lovely - lots of them. Lovely garden with table and chair which for the summer is a delight. Very lovely quiet area.

We have been there for a second time. Main reason for us we knew the facility from our last visit and all we needed we can find there. a five minutes drive away there is a nice shopping area as well as restaurants that are affordable and good quality.

We enjoyed our stay and most important our questions and request for help was answered in a very professional way and very timely.
The apartment has a nice view on the backside and has lots of sun.
Would definitely consider to come back for another stay
