We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The nearest train station, Campanhã, is just a 10-minute walk.
The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Everything was fine. The only napkin was scarce, we went and bought it from the market, so it was not a big problem. However, we need slippers at home, we came in November, so it was cold and we felt the need for slippers. Other than that, it was a nice stay. They responded immediately and tried to help in every way. The location was also very good, I recommend.

Very nice appartment, well located and quiet. The balcony has a nice view.
Kitchen is small so a little hard to have any real meal if you are more than 2.
But we had 5 nights with our 2 kids and had a wonderfull time in porto!

I had a great stay. The flat is well located and equipped with everything you need. The host gave us all the support we needed with great attention and agility. I would recommend it to everyone and I will certainly return.
