We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Lapa, is just a 9-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment in Porto is perfect for guests looking to stay in this beautiful city.

It is located on the ground floor and has a private parking spot.
The living space features a lovely sitting area with a plush sofa bed where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a dining table.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.
It includes essential cookware, an oven, a microwave, and a cooking plate.
A washing machine is also available in the laundry space.
The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a double bed and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
There is a lovely balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their meals outside in the sunlight.
Please note the gate to the private garage can only be opened with a key and manually, requiring a little strength, and it is not accessible to people of short stature.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet – genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Nur wirken die Bilder heller als die Wohnung selbst ist. Sie liegt recht zentral in Porto und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro mit Direktfahrt zum Airport. Recht ruhig gelegen, wir hatten dort im Mai sehr ruhige Nächte. Die Küche haben wir nicht nicht genutzt, danke für die Kaffeekapseln.
Der Balkon allein ist recht lang, etwas zu schmal für 4 Personen. Mit Blick ist auf die Garagen von den Wohnungen war net so doll. Es kommt nicht viel Sonne in die Wohnung – an heißen Tagen ist das jedoch sicherlich von Vorteil.
Wohnung und Schlüsselbox (Bild bekommen) waren gut zu finden. Allerdin...

A super spacious and comfortable flat! It's not as bright as in the photos, but it's still very pleasant to live in. Communication was very smooth and the host is a good listener. Thank you so much!

L appartement est très sombre,lumière en permanence ,voisins très bruyants le matin ne semblent pas apprécier notre présence
Porte du garage ,impossible à ouvrir si vous la fermer,lave vaiselle en panne car bouché, pas aspirateur ,une lavette sale que j ai passé à la machine,2 serviettes de toiletteet les même draps pour 15 jours.
L appartement est très bien placé dommage
