We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The bus station, APS Caracas S (lines 01, 02, 9, 24, 43, 48, and 61), is just a 350-meter walk. Madeira Airport is an 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city.

The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and beautiful beaches (Praia Formosa), and the bus station is just 350 meters away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city.
It is located on the 7th floor and has a lift access. The space is filled with vibrant, coastal-inspired décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the colours and energy of the sea. The cozy sitting area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city, while the charming dining table offers a lovely spot to share meals and make memories. The kitchen is designed for both cooking and socializing, fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher for added convenience.
A washing machine is also available for your ease. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay.
The bathroom offers all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing experience. Step out onto the balcony to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views.
Guests can also relax in the building's shared swimming pool. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Bathroom not as clean as I would expect tiles very badly water marked and the same on shower screen.
I cleaned the longe in the Monday the cloth was duerty

The flat is beautiful and has all the amenities. Wonderful sea views. Powerful shower. And a great garage with direct access. Amazing kitchen. Great bed and wardrobe. Although the flat is not central, you have everything nearby, supermarkets, restaurants... and it's very easy to get to different places by car. The downside for me is the noise from the bathroom air filter and the cleanliness.

Thanks to the accommodation we enjoyed our stay in Madeira despite the not-so-favorable weather. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need (iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, ...). The view of the ocean is amazing. There is a supermarket, shopping center, lots of restaurants, promenade around the beach. I would love to come back here.
