We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Aveiro Train Station is just 15 min walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 50 minutes drive. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and friends looking to stay in the city centre.

The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Aveiro train station is just a 15-minute walk. Welcome to my home! This charming 61m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The main living area is a stylish and bright open space featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying your favourite shows.
Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
There’s also access to an inner outdoor area with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The first bedroom offers a cosy queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom features two single beds.
All beds are dressed in high-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note that it is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Enjoy your stay!

We were comfortable and we liked it. we only had two small negative details of which we already warned. the low sockets in the rooms did not work and you could not put the lamps on the bedside tables or charge the mobile phone and there were few glasses only 3 and we were 4 people. The rest of the kitchenware was fine. We would repeat.

L’appartement était sympa, la décoration était jolie.
L’appartement est très bien placé et à côté du centre.
En revanche, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur, donc pas de luminosité, c’est bien dommage, car l’appartement dans l’ensemble était bien.

: I liked everything. It had everything you needed, it was like being at home. Very central and comfortable.
The weekend days it was a bit difficult to park.
