The property is also a short 5-minute walk from Belém station and is only 2.2 km from Alcantara-Mar, 4.8 km from Cais do Sodré, 5 km from Rato, and 5.4 km from Campolide.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This is a great base to explore the city. The attractions nearby include Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Jerónimos Monastery, Sanctuary of Christ the King, Centro Cultural de Belém, Ponte 25 de Abril, Museu de Marinha, and National Coach Museum. For a delicious meal, try one of the nearby restaurants and bars, such as SUD Lisboa, Capricciosa, Queijadas de Belem, Rui dos Pregos (Belém), O Prado, Comptoir Parisien, and A Padaria Portuguesa. For a quick snack, there is also a McDonald's Belém.

The apartment looks nice on the surface and has everything you need. However, there was mold behind the wardrobe in one of the rooms, and there was also mold in the washing machine. The internet was very poor, so it’s not suitable for people who want to get some work done during their stay. It was also very noisy and had thin walls. We wouldn’t book this accommodation again.

The loft is well appointed and met all our needs. Location was undeniably the best location for touring. Did not expect the steep 3 flights of stairs to the loft. We certainly got our steps in during our stay.

Very clean. No complaints. One thing to add: not suited for people in wheelchairs because there are stairs.
