Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, D.Pedro V (lines 1M and 403), is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property. If you need to be invoiced by a company, you should always request the billing details before booking the property. If the data is not shared in time, the invoice will be issued with a private tax number. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Any intervention from a technician due to lost keys or service to open the door during the stay will be fully charged. Please note that the apartment is accessible via stairs. On the lower floor, you'll find a comfortable living room complete with a plush sofa for relaxation, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The living room opens onto a private inner yard equipped with outdoor furniture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery.

A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The lower floor also features a cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a wardrobe for storage. Upstairs, you'll find another ensuite bedroom, also furnished with a queen-sized bed, providing extra privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms are outfitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, making it easy for you to freshen up during your stay. For added enjoyment, the apartment includes a delightful outdoor area where you can soak up the sun or cool off in the swimming pool.
