The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 80 m² house for rent in Berck, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi and bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Dining room
- Shower room
- A utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 300 m² private enclosed garden
- A 21 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Berck, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
