Les points positifs : l'emplacement tout d'abord, proche de la plage et de la forêt, un centre ville accessible facilement en vélo. La procédure d'arrivée et la communication avec le gérant très fluide. Les points négatifs : li s'agit d'une maison coupéee en deux locations mitoyennes, à l'insonnoris...
