The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Verona, in an area complete with all services and excellent for easily reaching all the main attractions.

A few minutes away is the magnificent Verona Arena, Juliet's house (inspired by Shakespeare's famous tragedy of Romeo and Juliet), as well as the main squares of the city such as Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori.

There are also numerous restaurants and trattorias where you can taste typical products of the Venetian tradition.

- From Verona Valerio Catullo Airport the apartment is about 30 minutes away by public transport, taking the Bus Line 199 to Verona Porta Nuova and continuing as indicated in the previous point.


PLEASE NOTE:

- If you travel by car, the apartment is located in the Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian) but you can get very close to the door of the same by taking Stradone Maffei then turning right onto Via San Pietro Incarnario where you can stop to unload your luggage. The door is about 50 meters away.

Then you can proceed by car along Via Ponte Rofiolo and look for parking along *Via Pallone* where there are hundreds of paid spaces (NOT guaranteed).
