The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The apartment is conveniently situated with S-Bahn access to Nuremberg and train connections to Amberg, Regensburg, and more.
In the village, you will find shops such as a supermarket, bakery, gas station, car repair shop, a pizzeria, and good local restaurants.
The area offers many destinations for hiking, climbing, and cycling.
For swimming, you can visit the thermal baths in Hersbruck, the Kurfürstenbad in Amberg, or outdoor pools in Etzelwang, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, and Illschwang. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided.
Families with children are welcome.
