It is wonderful to stay in this detached villa 'La Mariposa' with private pool (5x10) intergraded jacuzzi and 20 meters from the sea the 'Mar Menor'. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The magnificent surroundings of this villa give you the feeling of being in paradise.
Waving palm trees, sea view, peace and space are the keywords of this special place.
This villa with private pool and air conditioning is located in the very well-maintained area of 'Estrella de Mar' in the village of Los Urrutias'. It is only 20 meters from the beach of the inland sea 'Mar Menor'. You can sit here on the beach, walk along the water, practice various water sports or relax using the private pool and the tranquility of the villa itself.
Enjoy lounging on the terrace, wake up in the morning with the rising sun overlooking the sea, or have a nice lunch in the adjacent restaurant or in the restaurant of the nearby marina.
Everything is possible.
A 20-minute drive away you are at La Manga where you can also go to the beach of the Mediterranean Sea. In 'Estrella de Mar' there are several restaurants and there is a supermarket 1.5 km from the house.
