The Maso 1445 chalet, quiet and with a breathtaking view, is located in Primiero San Martino di Castrozza and overlooks the nearby mountain.
The property, arranged on 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine and dryer.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
Outside, you will find a private space with a garden and terrace. The chalet is a 10-20 minute drive from various local restaurants.
The town of Fiera di Primiero is about 20 minutes away, San Martino di Castrozza 45 minutes, and Passo Rolle 55 minutes.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for an extra fee) and they must not be younger than 1 year.
Smoking and parties or events are not permitted.
The property is equipped with security cameras and/or audio recording devices. If you wish cleaning service during your stay, please inform the owners before arrival, as the service is available for an extra fee. After booking, you will receive a confirmation along with the rental contract, which includes details of any additional costs and the contact details of the local manager.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the maso house! Warm welcome by Nicola, a béautifully renovated chalet with everything we needed during the two weeks. We loved the view and the quiet, the good bedding and 2 bathrooms! We did a lot of hiking in the area, and appreciated the good pizza’s in town!We highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Hütte mit allem Komfort. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier richtig. Nur wenige Wanderer kommen hier vorbei. Mit vier Personen hat man sehr viel Platz. Jeder kann sich in eine ruhige Ecke zurückziehen. Außen ist die Hütte ein paar 100 Jahre alt. Innen ist alles neu und sehr geschmackvoll einger...
