Overlooking Javea, distant mounts and the Mediterranean Sea, the villa Caroix impresses guests with its fantastic location and views, as well as size (inside and out) and first class facilities. 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 4 reception rooms, two kitchens (3 if include the outside summer kitchen) and huge grounds (4 separate entertaining areas) means it can comfortably accommodate 14 people.
Additional amenities include air-conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming and video calls), 3 smart TV's with streaming services, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, Sony PlayStation, Tiki House with blue tooth speaker and drinks fridge, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys are all included.
On top of that, a pool table, table football and dart board are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This villa features 4 separate and private outdoor areas complete with a heated pool, whirlpool, beautiful gardens, open and covered terraces, a balcony, barbecue facilities, and an outdoor shower.
The villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful and totally secluded location at the top of the exclusive Montgó area in Jávea. With over 300 restaurants to try in the town, guests can explore three distinct areas: the old town, the fishing port, and the Arenal beach.
The villa’s guest booklet includes recommendations, and guests will find that every dining experience is memorable. 3 parking spaces are available behind electronic gates at the property, and free parking is available on the (almost zero traffic) street.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Guests are asked to respect the peace of the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
