Situated in Almuñécar, the villa Espectacular En La Costa with step-free access is just a short walk from the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, fans in the rest of the bedrooms as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space equipped with a pool (open from June to September), garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
