SPACES AND FACILITIES Located on the ground floor of a small condominium residence in Fonteno, the flat called Le Terrazze covers 48m² and consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside there is a large private terrace of 35m², which almost doubles the livable area and becomes a fantastic extension of the living area in fine weather, thanks to a beautiful retractable awning and outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers.

The view from here is simply spectacular. The living room-which receives light from a large French window that offers a first access to the terrace-has a dining table, a sofa in the living area, and a fully equipped wall-mounted kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, and full equipment (kettle, toaster, blender, waffle coffee maker, milk frother). There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and is also lit by a French window opening onto the terrace; the other, smaller, has a bunk bed. The bathroom with a large sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall and washing machine completes the apartment. The apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-Fi.

Free parking is available on the street. POOL The condominium swimming pool is accessible during the period from May 15 to September 15, from h 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.

THE ZONE Fonteno, located about 620m above sea level, is the highest town on what is known to the inhabitants of Lake Iseo as the Collina: a place made famous by the spectacular views of the lake and the 365 farmsteads scattered around, which become as many destinations for walks along well-trodden paths and mule tracks. Of course, in addition to enjoying the attractions offered by the lake, which is only a little more than a ten-minute drive away, a considerable range of possible activities opens up here, among which hiking and cycling or mountain biking are in first place.

A number of 16th-century churches can be admired in the area.

For speleologists Fonteno is also known for the karst cavity known as Abisso Bueno Fonteno, which descends 500 meters and stretches for as much as 19 km and is among the top 20 caves by extension in Italy.
