We offer 2 x apartments for your stay, classified with 3 stars, approx. 45 square meters for 1-4 persons (max. 2 adults + 2 children up to 17 years): The non-smoking apartments with a view of the lake all have a shower, WC, a double bed, a pull-out sofa, TV, radio, Internet, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, a seating area and a balcony.
Bed linen, towels/bath towels, dishcloths and tea towels are provided.
We are happy to provide a baby cot/crib on request.
Pets are not allowed.
Our house is close to the center. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and covered terrace. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. 9 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Das Haus,der direkte Zugang zum Bodensee(privat),die Lage,der Schnitt der Wohnung mit umlaufendem Balkon, Fahrstuhl, Sauberkeit,es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat,100% positiv!!!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit ganz herzlichen Gastgebern. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Herz und Engagement gearbeitet wird. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der atemberaubende Blick auf den Bodensee. Ob beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder beim Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein, die Aussicht ist einfach magisch.
Sehr schöne Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf das wunderschöne See .
