Located in Moltrasio, the Panoramica Suite in Guest House offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The area reserved exclusively for guests is located on the second floor and consists of approximately 50 square metres divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom (accessible from one of the two bedrooms but usable from both), a hallway and a laundry room. This private space can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The common areas, shared with the owners, are located on the first floor and include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a small balcony with a view. These areas are accessible daily from 8:00 to 23:00.

Additional comforts available in the suite include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workstation for smart working, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, video game console and a baby cot (at an additional cost on site).
From the property you can admire a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como. Public on-street parking is available free of charge. The accommodation is suitable for families with children.
