The guest-only area is on the second floor, about 50 sqm, with two bedrooms, a bathroom (note: the bathroom is inside the main bedroom and not directly accessible from both), a hallway, and a laundry.
This private space accommodates up to 4 guests and a crib. Shared areas with the owners are on the first floor and include a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room, and a balcony with a view, accessible daily from 8:00 to 23:00. Additional comforts: Wi-Fi with dedicated workspace, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, game console, and crib (available for an extra fee). For special requests—such as use of the extra room with private bathroom, welcome bottles, or personalized arrangements—please contact the host via the booking platform before completing your reservation. From the property, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como.
