The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² flat for rent in Cabourg, with a sea view and less than 100 m from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you! The flat comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and its 5 m² balcony overlooking the port - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A 5 m² balcony overlooking the sea, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... If you choose to come by car, you can park in the car parks near the residence (free and paying). As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Dives - Cabourg approx. 1.5 km away - Nearest airport: Caen approx. 40 km away Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

Très bon emplacement avec deux magnifiques vues de chaque côté.Un petit coup de frais ne ferait pas de mal (salle de bain, volet de la chambre cassé).Pas de sac poubelle et seulement un demi rouleau de papier toilettes qui nous ont obligé à aller faire des courses plus vite que prévu.
