New Line Village self-catering apartments are located in a tranquil neighborhood in Sunny Beach, only 650 meters from the beach and 2 walking minutes from the Bus stop Hotel "DREAMS".
All one bedroom apartments (55 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom with one double bed or two single beds, Air Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, Sofa-bed, flat TV, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony.
All children under 4 years are charged Euro 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.
Built on a hill with beautiful panorama across the Nessebar Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. Our place will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.
Our guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool.
There is a Aperitif- Bar inside the Apartment-complex that offers hot and cold Drinks, sandwiches, ice cream.
Before you book one of our apartments, please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed!

Standard Check-in is 15h00.
Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 09:00 AM + 50 BGN
Standard Check-out is before 11h30.
Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM + 50 BGN
To guarantee early check-in, I recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival.
Please, be informed that 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is rather in poor condition!
