Located in a calm and peaceful residence, it features a terrace with a plancha, perfect for outdoor dining.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, a market, and a casino.
One must-visit spot is the restaurant “L’Annexe”, known for its excellent cuisine.
Its prime location offers direct access to the North and Vivier beaches, with the beach right in front of the apartment being supervised.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes 2 rooms with a fold-away double bed and a triple bunk bed.
Bed linens are provided, but please bring your own towels.
A private parking space is also available for added convenience.
A shuttle service stops right outside the apartment, providing easy access to Biscarrosse Lacs and Bourg, allowing you to explore the area effortlessly.
Biscarrosse Plage, a popular seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, is known for its vast sandy beaches, perfect for surfing and swimming.
Surrounded by the ocean, dunes, and pine forests, it offers a stunning natural setting with plenty of outdoor activities, such as cycling, water sports on Lake Biscarrosse, and excursions to the famous Dune du Pilat.
Important notes: • The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. • Pets are not allowed. • Please respect the peaceful environment of the residence.
Avoid speaking too loudly or shouting, especially after 10:00 PM, and keep noise levels low in the hallways.
Parties are strictly forbidden.
