Check in / Check out
Check in is possible between 15.oo and 22.oo o´clock. Check out until 11.oo am. Depending on demand and capacity, there may be the possibility to postpone your arrival and departure beyond this period. - After your booking, please inform us about your planed arrival (Afternoon, Evening, Nighttime). - It is also important, that you contact us by phone 1 hour before your check in on the day of your arrival. - Please call again 20 minutes before, so we make sure to meet you at the apartment in time. +49 (0)176 311 48 49 4
Short Characteristics
Quiet HOLIDAY APARTMENT IN A HISTORICALLY PROTECTED HOUSE FROM THE 1910S: The holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Thanks to its location on a bicycle road, it is very quiet, but still ideally connected to public transport and the road network. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the private garden and the trees of a public green belt. Up to 4 people can feel really comfortable with us. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the couch in the living room can be folded out to form a 1.40 x 2.00m bed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The rental price of the holiday apartment includes all costs for an overnight stay for 1 to 2 people (including bed linen, towels, use of a washing machine, fast internet). We charge an additional fee for additional people. We charge a flat rate of 35,- Euros for the final cleaning. The city of Dresden charges an additional accommodation tax of 6%, which we must collect from you. For stays of 8 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount. We are particularly pleased to welcome visitors who are interested in culture and nature, and we are happy to provide them with insider tips, further literature or city tours. Please inform us in advance about the age of any minors or kids traveling with you.
Cancellation / payment conditions
Payment terms: You will receive a prepayment invoice for 50% of the booking fee. Please pay the remaining amount in cash on site. Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival we charge 50%, up to 3 days before arrival 80% and with less than 3 days before arrival 90% of the agreed total price. If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.

Public Transport from Tram Station "Gottleubaer Straße" (300m, every 5 Minutes): - TRAM 10 : direct connection to Main Railway Station ("Hauptbahnhof") and Trade Fair ("Messe") - TRAM 4 : provides direct access to historic City Center - From the Dresden airport by suburban train (S-Bahn) to Main Railway Station, from there take TRAM 10 Private transport The apartment is located in a residential area. Consistently free parking in sufficient numbers at your disposal.

Description of the accommodation
Our holiday apartment is located in Dresden Striesen, one of the most desirable residential areas of the city. Since creation of the Wilhelminian district with hundreds of villa-like townhouses there is one saying in Dresden: "Do you want to enjoy life, go toward Striesen". In this spirit, we invite you to join us in a typical Dresden house of the 1910´s! The entire city landscape in the area is designated as conservation area due to remarkable architectural diversity and quality. In Striesen, even the short walk to the bakery or supermarket is for sightseeing tour: on nice neighborhood streets through the town houses with nice gardens. Old Town and New Town at the historic Dresden city center are touristic Must-see attractions for any visitors to Saxony. Its only 4 km away from our apartment and quite easily accessible by direct TRAM (tram stop Gottleubaer Straße - 300m, no interchange nessesary)! Our apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic building, located in a side street. You will certainly like the view in the park-like backyard. But not only that. At 55 square meters, we have established a residential oasis for our guests, with a mix of classic, modern and antique furniture on Oak parquet. After an eventful day you can relax on the generous seating in the living room with a novel or surf on the Internet (High Speed). In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all (stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker ...), to serve perfect meals in the adjoining dining area. Alternatively, you can have lunch, coffee or dinner at the Restaurants next door. Radius up to 500m you find numerous restaurants, bars, fast food, supermarkets, etc.
