Our beautiful 4-star* vacation home is located in the district Friedrichskoog-Spitze on the North Sea in a quiet cul-de-sac about 300 meters from the water.

The property covers 700 square meters (completely fenced) as well as parking spaces for two vehicles. In the outdoor area there are two paved terraces and playground equipment for the little vacationers. Garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and a barbecue are also at your disposal. And three bicycles belonging to the house. The living space of the fully tiled vacation home is 90 square meters in total. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV, stereo system and a wood-burning stove as well as a dining area with a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Other features of the house include a Finnish sauna, free Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. The windows have mosquito screens. There are a total of three bedrooms to choose from. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2m x 2m), a loggia with a view of the sunset and a satellite TV. The other bedrooms offer two single beds (2m x 1m) and a double bed (2m x 1.40m). The two newly designed shower rooms have plenty of storage space and are each equipped with a hairdryer.

Friedrichskoog stands for a North Sea vacation close to nature. To keep it that way, the dike is being reinforced in accordance with legal requirements.
