Comfortable and cozy all-wood chalet, directly on the shores of Lake Pannecière, with views and access to the lake, guaranteed fresh air and peace and quiet.
Separate 1500 m² plot. Living room with kitchenette (fridge/freezer, washing machine), with a 140x190 sofa bed, 1 ground-floor bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Access to the second bedroom via a ladder, two 90x190 beds, bathroom (shower), toilet. Electric heating.
Terrace and garden furniture. Private parking. End-of-stay cleaning available at an additional cost. In the heart of the Morvan region, 30 meters from the superb Lake Pannecière, in a green setting, this very quiet chalet features two bay windows opening onto a south-facing terrace facing the lake.
10 minutes from Château-Chinon, near Mont-Beuvray and Bibracte, with many activities. Best fishing season from April to June and September. Yonne, 10 km of riverbanks, dominant fish: trout and grayling. Lake Pannecière (520 ha): pike, zander, and carp. Still fishing, spinning, fly fishing, and sport fishing. Restocking with zander, pike, and carp. Fishing supplies are available at the Boutique in Chaumard, 5 km away, or at the Maison de la Presse in Château Chinon, 15 km away. Tree-lined banks within walking distance.
Charges and options:
End-of-stay cleaning on request: €60 for the week and €45 for the weekend.
