An unheated, above-ground outdoor swimming pool (2.80m x 7.80m) is accessible, weather permitting, from June to September.

On the 1st floor: landing with a second relaxation area with board games, books, a sofa, and a desk; Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom (shower and toilet); one small bedroom with two single beds (90x190), more suitable for children. All-inclusive option: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen provided, cleaning fee included (subject to leaving the cottage in good condition). Business stays: 5 people maximum. Near tourist attractions: the Nivernais Canal, the Merle ponds, the Pannecière (fishing) and Settons (water sports) lakes, the Baye and Vaux ponds with boat rentals for excursions and visits to the Collancelle Vaults.
