This detached house features an unfenced garden, a private rear terrace with garden furniture and a lounge area, sun loungers, and a pétanque court in front.
A pleasant walking path starts right from the property.
An unheated, above-ground swimming pool (2.80m x 7.80m, 1.20m deep) is available from June to September, weather permitting.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dining area and lounge with TV and large bay window), and direct access to the outside; a utility room with washing machine and dryer; a separate WC with washbasin; a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room (large shower and WC), and a fan.
Fiber optic internet is available in the house.
On the first floor: landing with a second relaxation area furnished with board games, books, a sofa, and a desk; two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom (shower and toilet); and one small bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), ideal for children.
All-inclusive package: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided, cleaning fee included (subject to leaving the cottage in a reasonable condition).
Business stays: maximum 5 people.
Nearby tourist attractions: Nivernais Canal, the Merle ponds, the Pannecière lake (fishing) and the Settons lake (water sports), the Baye and Vaux ponds with boat rentals for excursions and visits to the Collancelle vaults.
