Welcome to our newly renovated and tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn! All on one level (no stairs), this 67 m² apartment offers space for up to 3 guests.
The open, stylish living area features a dining table for 4 and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing.
A satellite TV in the living room provides entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker.
You’ll also find plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. The apartment has two bedrooms.
The spacious main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe, plus a satellite TV. The second, smaller bedroom offers a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe for restful sleep.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower (0.80 m x 1.20 m), sink with cabinet, and toilet. A free parking space is available for you directly on the neighboring property.
There is a bike storage room.
Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Your beds will be made upon arrival. Outdoor seating for all guests is located on a small lawn by the house, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. We look forward to welcoming you to our newly furnished apartment! The apartment is on Ulmenstraße, right next to Strandstraße. The Kühlungsborn pier is about 900 m away, a walk of around 12 minutes.
